UI/UX Designer
Own the design process from wireframes to a polished, developer-ready Figma design system for our mobile and web projects.
Responsibilities
- Translate client requirements into user flows and wireframes
- Design high-fidelity UI for Android, iOS and web
- Maintain and extend design systems across projects
- Collaborate directly with developers during implementation
What we look for
- Strong portfolio showing mobile app or web UI work
- Proficiency in Figma
- Understanding of Material Design and Apple HIG conventions
- Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions
QA Engineer
Own the test plans, manual test passes and bug-tracking process across our mobile and web projects.
Responsibilities
- Write and execute functional test plans against requirements
- Perform device/OS compatibility testing
- Log clear, reproducible bug reports with priority triage
- Run regression passes before every release
What we look for
- Experience testing mobile apps (Android and/or iOS)
- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools
- Basic understanding of API testing (Postman or similar)
- Detail-oriented, comfortable pushing back on "good enough"
Flutter Developer
Build and maintain cross-platform Flutter apps across client projects, from architecture through App Store/Play Store release.
Responsibilities
- Implement UI from Figma designs in Flutter
- Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs and Firebase services
- Write maintainable, testable Dart code
- Participate in code review and release management
What we look for
- Hands-on Flutter/Dart experience with at least one shipped app
- Comfortable with state management (Riverpod/Bloc/Provider)
- Understanding of platform channels for native integration
- Git-based workflow experience
Android Developer
Build native Android applications in Kotlin, from architecture through Play Store release and post-launch support.
Responsibilities
- Develop native Android features in Kotlin/Jetpack Compose
- Integrate third-party SDKs (payments, maps, analytics)
- Optimize for performance across device tiers
- Support Play Store release and rollout management
What we look for
- Solid Kotlin experience with at least one published app
- Familiarity with Jetpack Compose or modern Android Views
- Understanding of Android architecture components
- Comfortable working directly with designers and QA
