Pricing
No flat rate — because your app isn’t a flat product.
We won’t quote a number before understanding your scope, and we’d distrust anyone who does. Here’s how we structure engagements, and what actually drives cost.
Fixed Scope
A clearly scoped feature list, fixed price and fixed timeline, agreed before development starts. Best when requirements are stable and well understood.
- Detailed scope document before any code is written
- Fixed price, fixed delivery date
- Change requests scoped and quoted separately
Time & Material
Billed for actual hours worked at an agreed rate, with a running sprint backlog. Best when the product will evolve as you learn from users.
- Flexible scope, adjusted sprint to sprint
- Full visibility into hours and progress
- No re-negotiation needed for scope changes
Dedicated Team
A dedicated pod (design + development + QA) working exclusively on your product on a monthly retainer, for teams with an ongoing multi-month roadmap.
- Priority access to the same team every sprint
- Monthly retainer, cancel-anytime terms
- Best cost-efficiency for sustained, long-term work
What actually drives the cost
Number of platforms (Android, iOS, Web) and whether native or cross-platform
Number and complexity of screens/user flows
Backend complexity — simple CRUD vs. real-time systems, integrations, and scale requirements
Third-party integrations (payments, maps, SMS/OTP, analytics)
Design scope — using an existing brand system vs. building one from scratch
Timeline — compressed timelines typically require a larger dedicated team
