Concept Build · On-Demand & Delivery
On-Demand Food Ordering App
A concept build demonstrating how we’d architect a hyperlocal food-ordering app — the kind of product a growing local restaurant chain or cloud-kitchen brand needs.

User flow
How a first-time user moves through the app, screen by screen — this is the sequence we'd validate with clickable prototypes before a single line of production code is written.
Browse Restaurants
A location-aware home feed of nearby restaurants with live ETA and ratings — the first screen a hungry customer sees.
Menu & Item Detail
Item photos, customization options and a single tap to add to cart — no dead-end taps before checkout.
Cart & Checkout
Order summary with UPI/Razorpay checkout — minimal fields, maximum completed orders.
Live Order Tracking
Real-time status pushed over WebSockets, so the customer never has to wonder or call the restaurant.
The problem
Local food businesses are often stuck paying steep commissions to aggregator apps with no direct customer relationship or data of their own.
Our approach
A single Flutter codebase for customer ordering, paired with a lightweight vendor dashboard and a Node.js/PostgreSQL backend handling menus, orders and live status updates over WebSockets.
What it would demonstrate
A demonstration of the full stack — customer app, vendor dashboard, and backend — that a real food business could take from pilot to city-wide rollout.
